We are pleased to introduce and share an update on Ausbuild’s newest community, Berkley Grove at Logan Reserve.

About Berkley Grove

Civil Works Commencing at Berkley Grove

Ausbuild has appointed OM Civil as the civil contractor for Berkley Grove. Existing dwellings have been removed at the site, and civil works are expected to start later in July 2023, continuing for approximately five months subject to weather. Works will be undertaken between the approved hours of 6:30 am to 6:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Access to the site will primarily be from Logan View Road. Our contractor will implement an approved Construction and Environmental Management Plan which includes strategies to minimise noise and dust as far as practical. Your safety is our priority, and we request that you please observe all road signage and changes in traffic conditions during this construction period.
