Prominence 'The Peak' Development Bulletin | April 2023

We are pleased to introduce and share an update on Ausbuild’s newest precinct within the Prominence master planned community, The Peak.

About The Peak at Prominence

Prominence has taken shape over recent years with more than 1000 families already calling the community ‘home’, with approximately 400 new lots to be released. Ausbuild remains committed to actively delivering new housing supply in southeast Queensland, and The Peak represents one of the only infill developments under way in the area. The Peak is located in the most elevated position in Heathwood off Wadeville Street. The precinct comprises 86 lots to be constructed over two stages. A map is provided on the following page. 

The first stage of 45 lots has been approved by Brisbane City Council, while the second stage of 31 lots is progressing through final approval processes during April and May.

Civil works commencing at The Peak

Ausbuild has appointed Skerman Civil as the civil contractor for The Peak. The first stage is expected to start construction in late April and continue for approximately eight months, subject to weather. Works will be undertaken between the approved hours of 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday.

Access to the site for construction vehicles will primarily be via existing driveways on Wadeville Street. Our contractor will implement an approved Construction and Environmental Management Plan which includes strategies to minimise noise and dust as far as practical.

Your safety is our priority, and we request that you please observe all road signage and changes in traffic conditions during this construction period.
