Ausbuild is widening and upgrading the northern side of Warner Road and adjusting the culverts to mitigate any future flooding to satisfy a one in one-hundred-year storm event.
An important intersection upgrade at Coorparoo Street and South Pine Road will make this junction safer. Pedestrian and bicycle connectivity has been included in The Sanctuary’s design. This will be constructed for the entire development frontage and connect to Old North Road at the intersection of Warner Road and Old North Road. A fauna underpass will also be installed.
