What's Next | Robbs Rd Upgrade

BMD Constructions (BMD) have been contracted by Ausbuild to deliver the Upgrade of Robbs Road as part of their Montrose Estate.

These works will include:

• Widening & raising the existing roadway including kerb and channel construction
• Installation & upgrading of watermain, sewerage, drainage, electrical & NBN infrastructure
• Construction of footpath and vehicle crossings

As part of these works, BMD and Ausbuild would like to inform you that from 1^st November Robbs Road will be closed to thru traffic for the section highlighted below. Please note that at all times local access will be provided for those residents and businesses located within this zone. Up to and until shortly after Christmas this access will be from the existing pavement, beyond this and until the road closure is removed at the completion of the works in May 2023 access will be via a dedicated side track.

Due to the nature of the works and the environmental factors that need to be contended with BMD need to ensure their program is relatively fluid so we do apologise in advance if our plans change at short notice.
