Refined Flooring

Includes floor coverings supplied to all internal dry areas / internal living areas as detailed in Ausbuild standard plans. Note: wet areas flooring is provided in standard inclusions. Does not extend to outdoor areas.

Carpet is applied to all areas as defined in standard design (typically bedrooms, media room, private retreats, and stairs).

Carpet to be selected from Ausbuild Standard Builders Carpet Range. (Selections outside this range may incur additional cost).

Timber-look laminate or tiles is applied to all areas as defined in Standard Design (typically living room, hall, kitchen, dining and rumpus room).
